Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute unique and immersive events that align with our station's branding and values
Collaborate with local and national partners to develop captivating event experiences
Oversee event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Lead a dynamic team of event professionals, guiding them to deliver outstanding results
Stay attuned to industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into our event planning

Requirements:

Proven experience in event management, production, or related creative fields
A keen understanding of audience engagement and an ability to tailor events to diverse demographics
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail
