Position: Community Support Coordinator

Job Description:

Develop and implement programs and services to support individuals and families affected by cancer
Coordinate community outreach initiatives and educational events to raise awareness
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to enhance support networks
Provide emotional and practical assistance for those undergoing cancer treatment and their loved ones
Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure optimal client care

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in program development and community engagement
Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with individuals facing difficult circumstances
Proven organizational and leadership skills
Passion for supporting cancer patients and their families
