Your Role

As a Compliance and Regulatory Analyst at ASADA, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that sports comply with anti-doping regulations and ethical standards. You will work closely with legal and compliance teams, monitoring and analyzing regulatory requirements and contributing to the development of compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess regulatory changes affecting sports organizations
Conduct compliance reviews and investigations
Provide guidance and support to sports entities regarding anti-doping rules
Collaborate with legal and policy teams to implement effective compliance frameworks
Proactively contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated understanding of regulatory environments and a passion for maintaining fairness in sports. A background in law, regulatory compliance, or related fields will be an asset. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
