As a key member of our enterprise, you will be responsible for creating and curating unique and immersive travel experiences that showcase the best of our region. Your role will involve collaborating with local businesses, discovering hidden gems within Valencia, and crafting unforgettable itineraries that cater to diverse traveler preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing engaging travel experiences that capture the essence of Valencia
Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with local vendors and attractions
Customizing itineraries to meet the specific needs and interests of our clients
Ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all travel arrangements
Staying updated on current industry trends and integrating innovative concepts into our offerings
Delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel experience

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in a role focused on guest experience and destination management
Deep knowledge of Valencia's tourism landscape and a genuine passion for its culture, history, and attractions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box
Fluency in multiple languages is a definite plus
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
