Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement various wellness programs that support employee health and well-being
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute educational workshops and seminars focused on healthy living and stress management
Manage and maintain wellness resources and educational materials
Coordinate wellness challenges, fitness classes, and other relevant activities
Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis and employee feedback
Assist in the development of wellness policies and initiatives in line with company objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience in program coordination, wellness promotion, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of health and wellness trends and best practices
Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and employee well-being
