Key Responsibilities:

Research and implement strategies to enhance agricultural practices within the region
Collaborate with local farmers and agricultural organizations to promote sustainable farming techniques
Advise on land use planning with a focus on agricultural sustainability and rural development
Identify opportunities for rural economic growth and development
Engage in projects aimed at fostering a strong agricultural community within Waddinxveen

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science, Rural Development, or a related field
Proven experience in agricultural development, rural planning, or related areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sustainable agriculture and rural community development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
