Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement professional development plans aligned with organizational objectives
Coordinate training workshops, seminars, and other learning activities

Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make necessary adjustments
Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress

Qualifications:
