Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy catering to different guest demographics.
Oversee the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and tone across all platforms.
Monitor social media trends and tools for changes and updates that affect our competitive landscape.
Analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and present regular insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to create engaging multimedia content and drive brand awareness.
Engage with guests and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively through our various social channels.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging platforms to maintain our competitive edge.

Your Skill Set:

Proven experience in creating and executing impactful social media strategies in a corporate environment.
Exceptional understanding of social media metrics and ability to interpret the results to drive continuous improvement.
Strong project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a keen sense of brand messaging and image projection.
Experience in crisis management, ensuring swift and professional responses to any potential issues.
Knowledge of social listening tools and industry standard analytic platforms.
