Digital Experience Architect

Technogym, a global leader in the fitness and wellness industry, is seeking a visionary Digital Experience Architect to join our dynamic team in Apulia, Italy. As the Digital Experience Architect, you will be at the forefront of shaping cutting-edge digital solutions, revolutionizing the way people engage with fitness and wellness technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the design and development of seamless and immersive digital experiences across multiple platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement innovative digital solutions
Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring a world-class digital experience for our customers
Establish and maintain best practices for digital architecture and design standards
Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance digital offerings
Provide strategic guidance on digital initiatives, aligning with Technogym’s business objectives
Advocate for agile methodologies and continuous improvement in the digital experience realm
Contribute to the development of digital strategy and roadmap
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Digital Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in architecting and developing digital solutions, leveraging a variety of technologies and platforms
Proficiency in user experience design, interaction design, and information architecture
Strong knowledge of web and mobile technologies, including responsive design principles
Experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and microservices architecture
Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives with a customer-centric approach
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively across teams
Passion for fitness, wellness, and leveraging technology to enhance people’s lives will be an added advantage
