Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders to analyze and influence regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing legal and policy frameworks in support of sustainable Africa-centric development.
- Conduct detailed research to stay abreast of legal and regulatory dynamics in African nations, fostering a keen understanding of evolving legal frameworks and their impact on socio-economic and political landscapes.
- Engage in high-level discussions and policy planning to further strengthen Nordic Africa Institute's influence and contribution to African affairs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in legal or regulatory analysis within the international context.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders at various levels of governance.
- A profound understanding of legal and governance systems within the African context.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French, is highly desirable.
