Position: Experience Curator

Design and curate unique experiences that celebrate the authenticity of our region.
Create and manage relationships with local collaborators and regional businesses to develop exceptional, off-the-beaten-path experiences.
Collaborate with the technology team to integrate cutting-edge tools into the visitor experience.
Lead in strategizing and implementing sustainable tourism development initiatives.
Drive marketing initiatives to promote our bespoke experiences to a global audience.
Contribute to the Academy's educational initiatives, offering insights and experiences to our students.

As an Experience Curator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the way individuals connect with the unique culture, heritage, and natural beauty of Umbria. We are seeking candidates who possess a blend of creativity, business acumen, and a deep appreciation for sustainable and authentic travel experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Cultural Studies, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years in experience design, hospitality management, or related roles.
A passion for sustainable tourism and a keen understanding of responsible travel practices.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English and Italian; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
Proven project and team management abilities.
