We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, ensuring their timely delivery, and overseeing the coordination of transportation activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to managing inventory and distribution. You will work closely with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and transportation providers to optimize supply chain processes and maintain high levels of efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and analyze supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and transportation companies to achieve cost-effective solutions
Implement and maintain quality control standards for inbound and outbound shipments
Utilize data analysis and technology tools to optimize supply chain performance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or related roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
