Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in all areas of the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
