Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in all areas of the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
