This leadership position offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and foster meaningful relationships within the community, aiming to positively impact lives and advocate for change.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative strategies to engage with diverse community stakeholders.
Lead collaborative efforts with local organizations and government agencies to address community needs.
Oversee the planning and execution of community outreach programs and events.
Create and manage partnerships that align with our mission and values.
Provide mentorship and guidance to a dedicated team of community engagement professionals.
Advocate for policies and programs that build and sustain a thriving community.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in community outreach, social services, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning and project management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences.
Ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships with government entities and local agencies.
Track record of leadership, innovation, and making a positive impact within the community.
