Responsibilities:

Lead and direct the design and implementation of innovative software solutions and technologies that support Mälarenergi's vision
Drive and manage the development of complex energy management systems and software applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies into our product offerings
Champion best practices in software development, quality assurance, and performance optimization
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of skilled developers and engineers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in leading software development projects in the energy or related industry
Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, IoT, and data analytics
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
