Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and identify goals.
Design and develop engaging learning experiences, curriculum, and materials utilizing a variety of instructional techniques.
Implement and manage the learning management system (LMS) to deliver and track educational programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
