Position Overview:

As a Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to connect with and positively impact our local communities. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Devise and execute community engagement initiatives
Collaborate with local organizations and leaders to advance community relations
Organize events and activities to strengthen community involvement
Represent the organization at local events and functions
Evaluate and report on the impact of community initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Proven experience in community engagement or related roles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse groups
Strong project management and organizational skills
