Peterbilt Atlantic is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sustainability Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing sustainable strategies that align with our commitment to environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and evaluate sustainable practices within the transportation industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate eco-friendly solutions into our operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with environmental regulatory agencies and industry partners.
- Implement programs to reduce our carbon footprint and promote energy-efficient initiatives.
- Provide expertise and guidance on emerging environmental trends and regulations.
- Measure and report on sustainable performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or related areas.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Passion for driving change and making a positive environmental impact.
