Position: Wellness Program Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement wellness programs that promote a healthy lifestyle among our employees
  • Collaborate with various departments to design and organize fitness challenges, sports events, and team-building activities
  • Create and manage a wellness calendar, ensuring a diverse range of activities throughout the year
  • Coordinate with external vendors and trainers to provide fitness classes and workshops
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health and wellness-related matters

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organizing and coordinating wellness programs
  • Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in wellness and fitness
