Position: Wellness Program Coordinator
Job Description:
- Develop and implement wellness programs that promote a healthy lifestyle among our employees
- Collaborate with various departments to design and organize fitness challenges, sports events, and team-building activities
- Create and manage a wellness calendar, ensuring a diverse range of activities throughout the year
- Coordinate with external vendors and trainers to provide fitness classes and workshops
- Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and wellness-related matters
Requirements:
