We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure company-wide compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards
Conduct regular reviews and updates of policies and procedures to align with current legislation
Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry and advise management on necessary actions
Prepare and oversee the completion of required regulatory filings and documentation
Develop and deliver compliance training across the organization

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Environmental Management, or related areas
Professional certification or equivalent experience in regulatory compliance
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements within the wildlife management and breeding industry
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with strong attention to detail
Prior experience in wildlife or environmental law is advantageous
