Position: Sustainability Solutions Specialist

As a member of the USAA team, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our sustainable energy and environmental agenda.

Responsibilities:

Drive the development and implementation of sustainable energy solutions, focusing on reducing environmental impact while maintaining operational efficiency.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and execute environmentally friendly and cost-effective strategies.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing energy conservation and promoting environmental sustainability measures.
Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in the energy and environmental sustainability fields.
Advocate for the integration of green practices and renewable energy sources into our operational frameworks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainable Development, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives within the energy sector.
Demonstrated knowledge of environmental policies, regulations, and standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and drive change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
