That's why we are seeking a Hospitality and Culinary Conservation Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Curate and implement sustainable culinary experiences that showcase local flavors and respect the environment
- Develop and maintain eco-friendly practices within the establishment, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing
- Collaborate with local producers and suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability
- Ongoing training and education of staff on environmental awareness and best practices
- Ensure exceptional service and guest experiences while upholding our environmental values
Requirements:
- A passion for environmental conservation and sustainable living
- Experience in the culinary arts, kitchen management, or hospitality operations
- Knowledge of sustainable practices within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- An innovative and creative approach to sustainable guest experiences
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
