Position: Biomedical Innovation Specialist

Location: Salzburg, Austria

As a Biomedical Innovation Specialist with NÖ Landeskliniken-Holding, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for driving cutting-edge solutions in the field of healthcare. Your role will encompass exploring new methodologies, contributing to clinical studies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance the standard of care in our facilities.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and execute research projects focused on clinical innovation and improvement of healthcare delivery.
Collaborate with physicians, scientists, and external partners to develop and implement novel medical technologies and treatments.
Contribute to the assessment and integration of emerging technologies and medical devices into clinical practice.
Analyze and interpret complex medical data to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
Participate in grant writing and securing funding to support research initiatives.
Engage in continuous professional development and maintain awareness of advancements in the field.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Biochemistry, or a similar discipline).
Proven experience in a research or development role within the healthcare sector.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for driving innovation in healthcare.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
