Position Overview

As a Beer Artisan at Glarus Craft Brewery, you will play a crucial role in crafting our high-quality beers, ensuring that each batch meets our exacting standards for taste, aroma, and consistency. You will be involved in every step of the brewing process, from selecting the finest ingredients to monitoring fermentation and packaging the final product.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to recipe development and refinement
Operate and maintain brewing equipment
Monitor fermentation and other crucial brewing processes
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation throughout the brewing area
Assist in quality control and sensory analysis
Participate in brewery tours and events to engage with customers

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for craft beer and a keen interest in the art and science of brewing. The ideal candidate should have:

A background in brewing, fermentation, or related field
