In this role, you will be responsible for curating and enhancing the visitor experience across our region. Working closely with local businesses, attractions, and community partners, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing the rich tapestry of cultural, historical, and recreational offerings throughout North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting regional tourism while maintaining a keen focus on providing exceptional service and fostering partnerships.
About the Position:
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to develop compelling visitor experiences
- Organize and coordinate promotional events and activities
- Create and maintain engaging content for multimedia platforms
- Facilitate partnerships with accommodations, dining, and activity providers
- Monitor and analyze visitor feedback and engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in event planning, marketing, or community engagement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Passion for exploring and promoting local culture and attractions
