Position: Performance Enhancement Specialist
Location: Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany
Job Description:
- Design and execute customized performance enhancement programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
- Employ advanced training methodologies to optimize physical conditioning and overall athletic performance.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technologies and equipment to enhance speed, agility, strength, and flexibility.
- Provide individualized guidance on nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with coaching staff to deliver a comprehensive performance enhancement experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Certification from recognized organization (e.g., NSCA, NASM, ACSM).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing performance improvement strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing data-driven approaches to assess and track performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in performance enhancement and sports science.
