Position: Performance Enhancement Specialist

Location: Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany

Job Description:

Design and execute customized performance enhancement programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
Employ advanced training methodologies to optimize physical conditioning and overall athletic performance.
Utilize state-of-the-art technologies and equipment to enhance speed, agility, strength, and flexibility.
Provide individualized guidance on nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
Collaborate with coaching staff to deliver a comprehensive performance enhancement experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
Certification from recognized organization (e.g., NSCA, NASM, ACSM).
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing performance improvement strategies.
Proficiency in utilizing data-driven approaches to assess and track performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
