Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital engagement strategies to enhance our online presence
- Create and manage engaging content across various digital platforms to connect with our audience
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Cultivate and nurture an active online community through meaningful interaction and conversation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and relevance across all digital channels
- Stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends to propose innovative ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in managing digital and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of audience behavior and content optimization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance
- Passion for music and the arts is a plus
