We are Hiring: Digital Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital engagement strategy to enhance NCIA's visibility and influence
Manage and curate content for various digital platforms to effectively communicate NCIA's mission and initiatives
Utilize analytics and insights to optimize digital campaigns and drive engagement with diverse audiences
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with organizational objectives and events
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative digital solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a focus on communication, marketing, or technology
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content management, or social media strategy
Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms for creating impactful engagement and driving brand visibility
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategic decisions
Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A keen interest in dispute resolution, international law, or related fields is advantageous
