Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the seamless operation of our guest services, including check-in, check-out, and concierge assistance
- Managing reservations and maximizing guest satisfaction through customizing their experience
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience
- Collaborating with various departments to resolve guest issues and improve service delivery
- Utilizing advanced technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to utilize technological solutions to optimize guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Fluency in English and Finnish; additional languages considered a plus
