Valentino is seeking a passionate individual to join our team in Tuscany as a Client Experience Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for style, an innate understanding of luxury, and an unwavering commitment to providing unparalleled service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized service to clients, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty
- Provide expert knowledge of Valentino's products and collections, offering tailored advice and style guidance
- Participate in client events, driving sales and brand awareness
- Contribute to the maintenance of the store's visual merchandising and ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in luxury retail, with a deep understanding of high-end client expectations
- Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
