Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Professional Travel Consultant to join our team in Lugo Municipality, Emilia-Romagna. As a Professional Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel planning services to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, ensuring their needs and preferences are met
- Offer expert advice on various destinations, attractions, and travel options
- Research and recommend suitable accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client requirements
- Handle reservations, bookings, and ticketing for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the travel process
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best deals for clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and travel logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Passion for travel and a customer-oriented mindset
