Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Professional Travel Consultant to join our team in Lugo Municipality, Emilia-Romagna. As a Professional Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel planning services to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, ensuring their needs and preferences are met
Offer expert advice on various destinations, attractions, and travel options
Research and recommend suitable accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client requirements
Handle reservations, bookings, and ticketing for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the travel process
Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best deals for clients

Requirements:

Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field
Strong knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and travel logistics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
