Responsibilities:

Design and execute innovative global experience programs that align with Yale's mission and values
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive international initiatives and partnerships
Identify and analyze global market trends and opportunities to further enhance our offerings
Develop and maintain relationships with international stakeholders, fostering a network of global connections to support our vision
Ensure seamless coordination and delivery of international events and programs
Drive the development of strategies for enhancing the global reach and impact of Yale University

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
Proven experience in international business development, tourism, or global relations
Demonstrated understanding of diverse cultural nuances and business practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain international relationships
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a passion for driving global initiatives
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, showcasing your dedication to engaging with diverse international communities
