Kathmandu, Aoraki Region, South Island is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Analyst for South Island Expansion. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving financial insight, business strategy, and market analysis, guiding the future growth and expansion across our South Island operations. This role plays a key part in our mission to provide high-quality, innovative outdoor gear and clothing to our customers while maintaining a sustainable and ethical business approach.

Your Role:

Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
Provide insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for business growth in the South Island region.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, providing actionable recommendations.
Drive financial modeling and forecasting to support long-term business planning.

What we're looking for:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, market research, or strategic planning.
An analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools.
A passion for the outdoors and an understanding of the outdoor retail industry.
