Responsibilities:

Oversee the expansion and optimization of our retail presence across Mpumalanga region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Develop and execute a comprehensive retail growth strategy in line with market trends and consumer behaviors.
Drive operational excellence, including performance evaluation, store management, and compliance with company standards.
Foster strong partnerships with local stakeholders and franchise owners to maximize brand presence and customer engagement.
Analyze market data to identify new opportunities, anticipate challenges, and adapt the retail strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in retail management, ideally within a fast-paced and competitive market environment.
Demonstrated success in driving business performance, achieving sales targets, and implementing retail best practices.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strategic mindset with a proven ability to analyze data and drive informed decision-making.
Flexibility to travel within the region and work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
