As an Advanced Technology Specialist, you will be involved in developing, implementing, and maintaining the sophisticated systems that drive our high-performance yachts, ensuring they remain at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the yacht design and engineering teams to integrate advanced technology solutions into our marine crafts.
  • Oversee the installation and calibration of specialized on-board systems, including navigation, communication, and performance monitoring equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic assessments to ensure all technology systems operate at peak efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements and contribute to the continual enhancement of our yachts, both in terms of performance and technological sophistication.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the club's racing teams to optimize their understanding and utilization of onboard technology.
  • Participate in research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing our yachts' aerodynamic and hydrodynamic profiles through advanced technological advancements.
  • Operate and maintain testing equipment for ongoing performance evaluations and technological experiments.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for the club's staff with regard to new and existing technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the practical application of advanced technologies within the marine industry.
  • Expertise in yacht systems such as navigation, communication, and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with aerodynamic and hydrodynamic principles related to marine craft design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
