Mumias Children's Home is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Brand Engagement Specialist. We are a leading organization in Western Kenya, committed to providing care and support to vulnerable children.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Create compelling content for various platforms to promote our mission and initiatives
Manage social media channels and develop engaging campaigns to increase audience interaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
Analyze and report on engagement metrics to optimize outreach efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful brand engagement campaigns
Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and graphic design
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for social impact and making a difference in the community
