Position Available: Sustainable Development Coordinator

About the Role: As a Sustainable Development Coordinator at Fountainhead Property Trust, you will play a key role in driving our commitment to environmental responsibility and energy efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and monitoring sustainable practices across our property portfolio, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our properties reflect our dedication to environmental preservation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sustainable development initiatives, focusing on energy reduction, waste management, and green building certifications
Engage with local communities to promote environmental education and awareness
Monitor and assess the environmental impact of our properties, providing recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate sustainable practices into property operations
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to sustainability and advocate for their integration into our practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainable development, or related field
Experience in project management related to sustainability and environmental initiatives
Strong understanding of energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies, and environmental regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
