Digital Engagement Specialist

Jura Regional Arts Council is seeking a Digital Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative digital strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our community in unique and impactful ways. We are looking for a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about leveraging digital platforms to amplify the reach and impact of the arts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital engagement initiatives across various online channels
Manage and monitor our social media presence to drive engagement and conversation
Create compelling multimedia content to support our artistic endeavors
Analyze digital metrics and audience insights to optimize our digital strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into overall communication and marketing plans
Stay current with digital trends and best practices in the arts and culture sector

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital engagement strategies
Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing software
Ability to interpret digital analytics and use data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
