As a Community Insights Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding the needs and preferences of our community members. Your work will involve conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support our organization's growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement research projects to gather community insights
Collect and analyze data using various statistical methods
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies based on research insights
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in community research

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in conducting research and analyzing data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in statistical analysis software and tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
