Yard House invites individuals passionate about environmental stewardship and sustainability to join our team as an Environmental Stewardship Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and implementing strategies to minimize our environmental impact and promote eco-friendly initiatives throughout our operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct environmental impact assessments to identify potential areas for improvement
Develop and implement sustainable practices and programs to reduce waste and energy consumption
Stay abreast of environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability initiatives into all aspects of our business
Educate and train employees on environmental stewardship best practices
Oversee the development and submission of environmental reports and permit applications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
Demonstrated experience in environmental impact assessment and sustainability program development
Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for driving environmental change and promoting sustainable practices
