Job Description:

As a Cultural Integration Liaison, you will be instrumental in facilitating communication and understanding between individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include organizing cultural exchange programs, coordinating events that celebrate diversity, and serving as a point of contact for students and staff seeking guidance on cultural matters. Additionally, you will be involved in promoting cultural awareness initiatives throughout the department and the wider community.

Qualifications:

A deep appreciation for diverse cultures and an understanding of the importance of cultural integration
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from different backgrounds
Experience in event coordination, program planning, or community engagement
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Italian and English; additional language skills will be considered an asset
