Position: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Mitsubishi Electric, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the franchise and chain sector. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners, conducting market research, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing business strategies to expand the company’s presence within the franchise and chain industry
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships
Negotiating and managing contracts with franchise partners
Conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings for franchise partners
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of franchise operations and developing improvement plans

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in business development within the franchise or chain industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving business growth and sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
Willingness to travel as needed
