Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational programs and events
Coordinate with suppliers and partners to offer engaging sports and leisure activities
Manage sports equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance
Create and oversee a budget for recreational activities
Collaborate with onboard staff to promote events and encourage participation
Evaluate the success of activities and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with safety regulations for all recreational facilities

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event coordination or sports management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passionate about creating memorable experiences for others
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in multiple sports and leisure activities
Familiarity with safety protocols and risk management for recreational facilities
