We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join Adriatic Shipping Co. as a Recreational Activities Coordinator. Our company is renowned for its commitment to employee satisfaction and outstanding leisure facilities onboard. We are seeking a talented individual to lead and organize entertaining and invigorating activities for our crew members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational programs and events
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to offer engaging sports and leisure activities
- Manage sports equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance
- Create and oversee a budget for recreational activities
- Collaborate with onboard staff to promote events and encourage participation
- Evaluate the success of activities and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations for all recreational facilities
- Proven experience in event coordination or sports management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences for others
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in multiple sports and leisure activities
- Familiarity with safety protocols and risk management for recreational facilities
