We are Looking for a Wellness and Leisure Coordinator!

Chaparral Energy, located in the heart of Texas, is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Wellness and Leisure Coordinator. This role focuses on promoting a proactive approach to health and safety within our organization and ensuring that our employees have access to a variety of leisure activities that contribute to their overall well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement health and wellness programs that align with the company's values and vision
Coordinate and manage leisure and recreational activities for employees
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing wellness initiatives and recommend improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to organize health and safety workshops and training sessions
Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for all leisure and wellness events
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance our wellness offerings and maintain a competitive edge in employee satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in health promotion, kinesiology, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing wellness programs
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
Passionate about promoting a healthy work-life balance for employees
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
