Job Description:

Coordinate and oversee daily operations while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Engage in strategic planning and promote innovative solutions to optimize resource management, transportation, and service delivery.
Capture, analyze, and interpret operational data for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Collaborate across various departments to streamline processes and drive effective resource allocation.
Be a focal point for continuous improvement efforts, exploring new tools, technologies, and methodologies to refine operational strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in operations management, with a focus on process improvement and resource optimization.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and drive operational decisions based on insights.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate harmoniously across diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis software, and relevant computer applications.
Fluency in English and Dutch is preferred; proficiency in French would be advantageous.
