Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and waste reduction
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve production workflow
- Conducting thorough analysis of current manufacturing practices and recommending innovative solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluating and optimizing equipment utilization and technology integration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in process improvement or operational optimization within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
