Your Role:

Plan, coordinate, and execute cultural events that celebrate and promote diversity, unity, and inclusion.
Cultivate relationships with local and international cultural organizations to develop collaborative event opportunities.
Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure diverse representation in all events and initiatives.
Manage the logistical and administrative aspects of cultural event planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Engage with community members to gather feedback and ideas for future cultural events and initiatives.

Your Profile:

A passion for and experience in promoting multiculturalism and diversity through events and initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities for event planning and execution.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop engaging cultural experiences for our community.
Understanding of cultural sensitivity and awareness in the development and implementation of events.
