As a Strategic Insights Analyst at Progressive Insurance, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by providing valuable market intelligence and data-driven insights. In this position, you will be responsible for:

Conducting in-depth research and analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Developing and implementing strategic initiatives based on market research findings to enhance our competitive advantage.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, interpret findings, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, or Mathematics.
Proven experience in conducting market research, data analysis, and generating insights.
