Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging and effective curriculum materials for various educational programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure alignment of curriculum with learning objectives
Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to integrate into curriculum design
Evaluate and revise existing curriculum materials to enhance learning outcomes
Assess the effectiveness of curriculum through feedback and assessment tools
Provide training and support to educators on implementing new curriculum materials
Contribute to the development of educational resources and tools

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Strong knowledge of learning theories and educational methodologies
Proficiency in educational technology and e-learning platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Passion for creating innovative and impactful learning experiences
Fluency in German and English
