We are looking for an Environment Stewardship Coordinator to join our team at Croí, the West of Ireland Cardiac Foundation!

Position Overview:

As the Environment Stewardship Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our operational activities with sustainable environmental practices. In collaboration with various teams, you will develop, implement, and oversee initiatives to protect and enhance the natural environment in Connacht. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Evaluating and improving existing environmental strategies
Identifying opportunities to minimize our ecological footprint
Establishing and maintaining relationships with local agricultural and rural communities
Conducting environmental impact assessments
Providing guidance and resources to promote sustainable agricultural and rural practices
Collaborating with external partners to advocate for environmental conservation
